TEAM CREATION: Refers to the process of forming multidisciplinary groups of professionals and experts who are selected and organized according to the specific needs of a client/company. In addition, Jobbi manages collaboration between team members and facilitates payments in accordance with established agreements.

- Once the project announcement is approved by the client, the project will be published for JOBBER users to apply and make economic offers.
When announcing a job, you must include the following information in the corresponding fields:

- Prices: In this section, you must specify if the project you're announcing is for a fixed term or hourly. You should also indicate the minimum and maximum price you set for the project, and the payment method.
- Job category.
- Required languages for the project.
- Additional job details.
- Required skills.
- You can upload relevant files for the project.
- DISPUTES
When there are claims related to service provision, they will be classified as follows:
- CLIENT TO JOBBER: The client can file claims under the following circumstances:
- The jobber did not meet the delivery time.
- The jobber refuses to make changes to a deliverable within the agreed-upon terms (the work is incomplete).
- The jobber has not responded in the last 5 days.
- The jobber violated the terms and conditions of the employment relationship (disclosure of confidential information, using the deliverable externally to the project without the client's approval, jobber showing disrespect to the client).
- The deliverable has a defect within 15 days after the project's completion.
- JOBBER TO CLIENT: The jobber user can file claims under the following circumstances:
- The client does not meet the brief or the project's scope or contract.
- The client wants to make changes not agreed upon.
- The client does not approve the disbursement of the agreed-upon fees, following the 15 business days for their approval.
- The client has not been in contact for the last 5 days (and there's a delivery date).
- The client violated the terms and conditions of the employment relationship (using drafts of the deliverable before releasing the fees, the client showing disrespect to the jobber).
Once the project is delivered, or the claim is initiated, both the client and the jobber user will have 7 days from the respective event to present their complaint with documented evidence within the JOBBI platform. The counterparty will have 72 hours from the moment JOBBI personnel informed them of the dispute to respond to the dispute notification and present their evidence in their favor.
After the deadlines, the parties will undergo the dispute process, during which JOBBI will evaluate the situation and proceed to resolve it.

- RESOLUTION PROCESS:
After the claim is filed, and after the deadlines for the parties to document and express themselves, Jobbi will evaluate the arguments and the documentation presented and will proceed to resolve the dispute in the following ways:
- Partial monetary penalty.
- Total monetary penalty.
- Platform penalty (metrics and flag).
- Ban/removal from the platform.
- The client is entitled to compensation (changing the jobber at no additional cost).
The user can appeal to the warranty during the project's lifetime or up to 7 days after its completion.
- BILLING
In this section, you can find detailed billing history for each completed project.
- FAVORITES
Within your profile, you can build your own network of contacts, follow companies of interest, and all jobber users who work as freelancers and with whom you can form teams.
6. PAYMENT METHODS FOR JOBBER
For each completed project, JOBBI will release the fees paid by the CLIENT/COMPANY to the JOBBER for their services through electronic transfers to the bank account designated by the JOBBER.
In the case of international electronic transfers, the maximum amount for financial transactions set by the financial institution of the destination country should be verified.
7. PAYMENT CONDITIONS TO JOBBER
JOBBI will be responsible for mediating payment to the JOBBER, who must fulfill the conditions and specifications established for each project contracted by the CLIENT.
Once the CLIENT verifies the content of the required project delivered by the JOBBER, in accordance with the project's conditions, and following the project's approval, they will inform JOBBI that there are no issues with the project and that payment for the JOBBER's professional services can proceed.
The JOBBER and CLIENT/COMPANY must consider the following:
- The payment beneficiary acknowledges and agrees that they can only make a withdrawal of the balance in their favor on a monthly basis.
- The maximum limit for monthly transfers is set at $5,000.00 USD. In the event that the beneficiary wishes to make withdrawals exceeding this amount, a special request must be submitted. Jobbi is not obligated to grant such a request.
- If the beneficiary makes more than one withdrawal of the balance in the same month, an administrative charge for disbursements will be generated, amounting to 3% of the withdrawn sum, which may vary in each particular situation.
- Jobbi assumes no responsibility for transaction costs that may arise from the beneficiary's banking institution's fee policy concerning international transactions. These costs will be independent and additional to those generated by Jobbi.
- A fund retention of seven (7) days is established from the project's completion to allow the client to apply potential quality guarantees.
- Jobbi will proceed to release the fees once a withdrawal request is submitted by the beneficiary.
- Jobbi assumes no responsibility for the client's payment default.
8. BILLING
JOBBI acts as an intermediary in the contractual relationship between JOBBER and CLIENT, so it will issue the respective invoice for each completed project. In the case of claims and refunds resulting from the provided service, these should be resolved between the jobber and the client.
9. JOBBI ADMINISTRATIVE COMMISSIONS
- For each project or recurring position proposed by the CLIENT:
JOBBI will charge an administrative commission for intermediation to the Client, ranging from 15% to 18%, as shown in the following table:
The price to be paid by the CLIENT does not include the corresponding taxes or fiscal fees.
The prices for the services are set by the JOBBERS, and the JOBBI commission will be added to this price. This commission will be reflected in the offers sent to the client and will be itemized in the invoicing.
10. TRANSACTION VERIFICATION
JOBBI, as an entity supervised by the government of the Republic of El Salvador, and in compliance with the regulations established by the Financial Investigation Unit of the Attorney General's Office and the Money Laundering Prevention Law of the Republic of El Salvador, may verify transactions that may be considered as having security, legality, or fraud risks. The JOBBER and/or the CLIENT expressly accept and authorize JOBBI to verify their credits, movements, authorizations, and/or requests in compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of El Salvador.
JOBBI reserves the authority to communicate and report to the relevant institutions in the Republic of El Salvador about transactions representing high risks on its platform, suspicious activities, potentially illicit transactions, or if it believes that the funds with which users pay their credits come from unverified, verifiable, or suspicious sources. The user releases JOBBI from any responsibility and connection with the previously described potentially infringing operations, as well as from any responsibilities for damages and losses incurred.

14. CLOSURE OF USER ON JOBBI WEBSITE
The User (CLIENT AND/OR JOBBER) is duly authorized to close the created user account through the personal account at any time, provided there are no active projects, ongoing, and/or pending payments in their favor (if applicable). If there are, the user must wait or cooperate for the conditions to be met before requesting to be removed within the same.
The user cannot close their account on JOBBI with the purpose of evading an investigation, the execution of JOBBI's internal warranty, for pending commission payments, and other matters. Therefore, they authorize themselves to submit to any review or verification by the relevant authorities in the Republic of El Salvador.
Closing the account or requesting removal does not exempt the user from any type of responsibility for pending and generated obligations until the closure of their account.
JOBBI reserves the right to close or suspend accounts whenever it confirms or suspects any irregularity in the user's identity or designated payment methods identified on the JOBBI website. The user understands and agrees that they cannot demand any compensation for damages or losses when their account is suspended or canceled for legal reasons, and/or is required by the relevant authorities in the Republic of El Salvador.

VERIFICACIÓN DE TALENTO: proceso mediante el cual se hace una revisión de la información en los perfiles de los o las jobbers. Así como la revisión de que se encuentren completos todos los requisitos y la información solicitada para ser verficado como jobber.
TEAM CREATION: Refers to the process of forming multidisciplinary groups of professionals and experts who are selected and organized according to the specific needs of a client/company. These teams can be configured for specific projects or recurring requirements, and Jobbi identifies, selects, and coordinates team members. In addition, Jobbi manages collaboration between team members and facilitates payments in accordance with established agreements.
COLLABORATION TOOLS: Chat messaging between platform users, both individually and in groups, as well as other functionalities that facilitate task and team management.

4. CONDICIONES DE ACCESO.
Access to this website, "JOBBI," is the sole responsibility of users.
Users wishing to use the services provided by the JOBBI website must create a user registration as a Client or Jobber, which is a one-time process. 5. PROCESO DE CREACIÓN DE USUARIO JOBBER:
To carry out this process, it is essential that the user is of legal age.

I. CREACIÓN DE USUARIO Y CONTRASEÑA
Para navegar y hacer uso de nuestros servicios siendo el sitio web JOBBI y la aplicación, será necesario que crees tu usuario dentro de la plataforma, para lo cual necesitaremos nos proporciones la siguiente información:
- a) Datos de información y contacto: El usuario JOBBER se obtiene completando los datos requeridos el sitio web JOBBI, registra su usuario con los siguientes datos iniciales: Nombre y apellido, Género, Correo Electrónico, Teléfono, y contraseña. El resguardo de la contraseña es de exclusiva responsabilidad del usuario.
- b) Comprobantes de Calificación: El usuario JOBBER deberá acreditar su experiencia adjuntando Link de LinkedIn – portafolio- archivos de proyectos previos, entre otros; según lo requerido por el área a la que se aplique, insertando el link en el campo indicado.
- c) Aceptación de Términos y Condiciones de Uso , para continuar el proceso de registro, el usuario JOBBER deberá aceptar los presentes términos y condiciones.
- d) Especializaciones: Indicar las especializaciones con las que cuenta conforme al área indicada (diseño, desarrollo, marketing). El usuario podrá seleccionar más de una de las opciones que se muestran.
- e) Habilidades: El usuario deberá seleccionar sus habilidades desarrolladas dentro de su especialización y conforme se detallen en la plataforma. (Ej: ADOBE XD, Auditoría Digital, Auditoria ux, Brand book, Branding, entre otras).
- f) País: Indicar el país en donde se encuentra.
- g) Idiomas: Indicar los idiomas en los que se desarrollarán tus proyectos.
- h) Ingresar (opcional), si tienes un código de Jobbi[MBAF3] (los cuales pueden ser: por referidos de aliados, referido por otro jobber, promocionales, etc.)
- i) Indicar cómo te enteraste de JOBBI (Facebook, LinkedIn, Un amigo o colega, entre otros).
- j) Portafolio: Sube algún proyecto o proyectos de los que te sientas orgulloso.
- k) Pronto revisaremos tu perfil para verificar que cumplas con el estándar de calidad de nuestros prospectos. [MBAF4] Una vez verificado recibirás un correo de bienvenida para ingresar a tu perfil como un jobber.
El usuario creado en el sitio web de JOBBI es personal, intransferible, instransmisible, o cedido a terceros por ningún medio.
JOBBI, S.A. DE C.V. no se hace responsable por el uso indebido/no autorizado de un usuario o contraseña en el sitio web de JOBBI.
- VERIFICACIÓN DE CUENTA.
Creado tu usuario como jobber, deberás verificar tu identidad ingresando la siguiente información:
- a) Nombre y apellido
- b) Número de contacto
- c) Número de Documento de Identificación
- d) Dirección de residencia
- e) Adjuntar imagen de tu Documento de Identificación
- f) Llenar el perfil con toda la información académica y laboral requerida
- g) Foto de perfil
- h) Vídeo de pre-selección
- i) Portafolio con al menos un ejemplo de trabajo / proyecto que haya realizado o en el que haya colaborado
Ingresada toda la información, será revisada por nosotros y se te enviará un correo electrónico de confirmación a la cuenta que designaste.
III. CONFIGURACIÓN DE PAGOS.
Dentro de tu perfil, podrás verificar en la pestaña de “configuración de pagos”, el saldo disponible que has obtenido por los proyectos realizados, dicho saldo podrás retirarlo únicamente a través de la modalidad de transferencia bancaria, para lo cual deberás brindarnos la siguiente información:
- a) Nombre del titular de la cuenta bancaria
- b) Número de la cuenta bancaria
- c) Nombre del banco donde se encuentra la cuenta bancaria
Ingresados los datos, podrás enviar tu saldo directamente a dicha cuenta. JOBBI no se hace responsable por cualquier inconveniente generado dentro de la transferencia bancaria, ya que esta modalidad es operada a través de una pasarela de pagos [MBAF5] la cual es brindada por un proveedor, para lo cual deberás de ponerte en contacto de manera directa con el mismo, en caso de algún inconveniente con la transacción.
Dentro del tablero tendrás acceso a tu historial de facturación, en el cual tendrás el detalle de cada proyecto que ha sido liquidado.
- TRABAJOS/PROYECTOS
Como usuario jobber podrás navegar dentro de nuestra interfaz, en la cual podrás actualizar tu portafolio, incorporando nuevos proyectos que ya hayas culminado, y de esta forma ser candidato para mas proyectos.
También podrás verificar en tu tablero las propuestas realizadas por los clientes, los proyectos en marcha, los trabajos finalizados y los proyectos cancelados.
- DISPUTES
When there are claims related to service provision, they will be classified as follows:
- CLIENTE A JOBBER: el cliente podrá realizar los reclamos bajo los siguientes supuestos:
o The jobber did not meet the delivery time.
o The jobber refuses to make changes to a deliverable within the agreed-upon terms (the work is incomplete).
o The jobber has not responded in the last 5 days.
o The jobber violated the terms and conditions of the employment relationship (disclosure of confidential information, using the deliverable externally to the project without the client's approval, jobber showing disrespect to the client).
o The deliverable has a defect within 15 days after the project's completion.
- JOBBER A CLIENTE: el usuario jobber podrá realizar los reclamos bajo los siguientes supuestos:
o No cumple el brief o el scope del proyecto o contrato
o El cliente quiere aplicar cambios no acordados
o No aprueba el desembolso de los honorarios pactados, cumplido el plazo de 15 días hábiles para la aprobación de los mismos.
o The client has not been in contact for the last 5 days (and there's a delivery date).
o The client violated the terms and conditions of the employment relationship (using drafts of the deliverable before releasing the fees, the client showing disrespect to the jobber).
- JOBBER A JOBBER:
o No hace su parte / no cumple con sus tiempos de entrega
o Comportamiento inadecuado, irrespetuoso
Entegado el proyecto, o de iniciado el reclamo, tanto el cliente como el usuario jobber, tendrán 7 días [MBAF6] posteriores al evento correspondiente, para presentar dentro de la plataforma de JOBBI, su queja con la debida evidencia documentada y la contraparte tendrá 72 horas desde que el personal de Jobbi le informo sobre la disputa abierta para contestar la notificación de disputa y presentar su evidencia a su favor.
Transcurridos los plazos, las partes se someterán al proceso de disputa, en el que JOBBI evaluará dicha situación y procederá a resolver.
El cliente está expresamente prohibido de promover oportunidades u ofertas laborales publicadas en la plataforma de Jobbi fuera de dicha plataforma y de establecer contacto directo con los «jobbers» con el propósito de evadir la intermediación de Jobbi. En caso de que se verifique esta infracción, Jobbi se reserva el derecho de eliminar inmediatamente al cliente de la plataforma. Si un «jobber» también acepta o participa en cualquier forma de comunicación o colaboración fuera de Jobbi con un cliente en contravención de esta disposición, el «jobber» también será eliminado de la plataforma. En el evento de que se demuestre que el cliente y el «jobber» efectivamente han establecido una relación de trabajo y han colaborado fuera de la plataforma de Jobbi, se aplicará una penalización al cliente en forma de comisión correspondiente a la tarifa acordada por la intermediación de Jobbi
o PROCESO DE RESOLUCIÓN:
After the claim is filed, and after the deadlines for the parties to document and express themselves, Jobbi will evaluate the arguments and the documentation presented and will proceed to resolve the dispute in the following ways:
- Partial monetary penalty.
- Total monetary penalty.
- Platform penalty (metrics and flag).
- Ban/removal from the platform.
- The client is entitled to compensation (changing the jobber at no additional cost).
The user can appeal to the warranty during the project's lifetime or up to 7 days after its completion.
- FAVORITES
Within your profile, you can build your own network of contacts, follow companies of interest, and all jobber users who work as freelancers and with whom you can form teams.
6. RESPONSABILIDADES DEL JOBBER.
Al registrarte como usuario JOBBER serás visualizado como profesional independiente en cada uno de los proyectos en los que seas contratado, para la formalización de la relación contractual con el cliente, deberás cumplir con las siguientes obligaciones:
- Al utilizar los servicios de Jobbi y acceder a información confidencial proporcionada por nuestros CLIENTES para la ejecución de proyectos o acuerdos recurrentes, el profesional contratado se compromete a mantener la confidencialidad de dicha información en todo momento. Cualquier divulgación no autorizada, pérdida o filtración de información confidencial resultará en una penalización económica equivalente al monto estimado de daños o pérdidas ocasionadas, según lo determine Jobbi en su discreción. Esta penalización se aplicará para cubrir los costos de recuperación, daños y perjuicios que puedan surgir como consecuencia de la violación de la confidencialidad.
- Reconocimiento de Propiedad intelectual de los entregables a favor del CLIENTE. En caso de tratarse de proyectos de autoría propia del JOBBER deberá de forma adicional otorgar los contratos necesarios para la cesión de derechos patrimoniales de autor a favor del CLIENTE, conforme a la legislación correspondiente y/o que el CLIENTE designe. Dicha cesión se dará luego de la aceptación del proyecto y de la culminación del plazo de garantía de calidad.
- Deberá cumplir con todos los ítems que requiera la completa y satisfactoria culminación del proyecto para el cual ha sido contratado, conforme a los términos establecidos entre las partes al momento de aceptar el trabajo.
- El «jobber» es el principal responsable de llevar a cabo todas las declaraciones necesarias y cumplir con las obligaciones fiscales y legales correspondientes relacionadas con los servicios que presta a Jobbi. Jobbi no asume ninguna responsabilidad por los gastos relacionados con estas declaraciones y obligaciones fiscales, y es responsabilidad exclusiva del «jobber» garantizar el cumplimiento de dichas obligaciones en conformidad con las leyes y regulaciones aplicables.
7. FORMAS DE PAGO AL JOBBER
For each completed project, JOBBI will release the fees paid by the CLIENT/COMPANY to the JOBBER for their services through electronic transfers to the bank account designated by the JOBBER.
In the case of international electronic transfers, the maximum amount for financial transactions set by the financial institution of the destination country should be verified.
8. CONDICIONES DE PAGO AL JOBBER.
JOBBI will be responsible for mediating payment to the JOBBER, who must fulfill the conditions and specifications established for each project contracted by the CLIENT.
Once the CLIENT verifies the content of the required project delivered by the JOBBER, in accordance with the project's conditions, and following the project's approval, they will inform JOBBI that there are no issues with the project and that payment for the JOBBER's professional services can proceed.
El JOBBER y CLIENTE/ EMPRESA deberán tomar en cuenta lo siguiente:
- The payment beneficiary acknowledges and agrees that they can only make a withdrawal of the balance in their favor on a monthly basis.
- The maximum limit for monthly transfers is set at $5,000.00 USD. In the event that the beneficiary wishes to make withdrawals exceeding this amount, a special request must be submitted. Jobbi is not obligated to grant such a request.
- If the beneficiary makes more than one withdrawal of the balance in the same month, an administrative charge for disbursements will be generated, amounting to 3% of the withdrawn sum, which may vary in each particular situation.
- Jobbi assumes no responsibility for transaction costs that may arise from the beneficiary's banking institution's fee policy concerning international transactions. These costs will be independent and additional to those generated by Jobbi.
- A fund retention of seven (7) days is established from the project's completion to allow the client to apply potential quality guarantees.
- Jobbi will proceed to release the fees once a withdrawal request is submitted by the beneficiary.
- Jobbi assumes no responsibility for the client's payment default.
9. FACTURACIÓN.
JOBBI acts as an intermediary in the contractual relationship between JOBBER and CLIENT, so it will issue the respective invoice for each completed project. In the case of claims and refunds resulting from the provided service, these should be resolved between the jobber and the client.
10. COMISIONES ADMINISTRATIVAS DE JOBBI
- Por proyecto realizado por EL JOBBER:
El usuario JOBBER no cancelará ninguna comisión administrativa de los honorarios pactados por la realización de un proyecto.
11. SALDOS EN CUENTA Y PAGOS
El JOBBER podrá consultar dentro del sitio web de JOBBI el saldo actual por proyectos realizados, los movimientos y retiro de efectivo solicitados.
Cuando los movimientos, retiros en efectivo no coincidan con los realizados por el JOBBER; podrá llevar a cabo consultas del JOBBER a través del correo electrónico: info@jobbi.me , para brindar atención al JOBBER de manera personalizada.
JOBBI podrá verificar los movimientos, retiros de efectivo, autorizaciones y/ o solicitudes indicadas para revisión por parte del JOBBER en un plazo no mayor a 10 días hábiles y/o conforme al plazo establecido en la Ley de Sociedades Mercantiles de la República de El Salvador o sus reformas vigentes.
12. REVERSIÓN DE TRANSACCIONES
EL JOBBER podrá solicitar a JOBBI, por medio de sus canales de Atención al Cliente, la reversión de transacciones o pagos en comercios afiliados[MBAF7] siempre y cuando las transacciones no hayan sido requeridas por el usuario; cuando las transacciones o pagos en comercios afiliados sean rechazadas por el establecimiento; o cuando existan errores en el crédito o desembolso en efectivo por parte del usuario.
El usuario contará con un plazo máximo para solicitar la reversión de 15 días hábiles. Finalizado el plazo indicado, el Usuario asume cualquier tipo de responsabilidad por cargos realizados. JOBBI llevará a cabo la reversión de la transacción en un plazo no mayor a 15 días hábiles posteriores al reclamo de parte del usuario, y de la aprobación del mismo.
13. VERIFICACIÓN DE TRANSACCIONES
JOBBI, as an entity supervised by the government of the Republic of El Salvador, and in compliance with the regulations established by the Financial Investigation Unit of the Attorney General's Office and the Money Laundering Prevention Law of the Republic of El Salvador, may verify transactions that may be considered as having security, legality, or fraud risks. The JOBBER and/or the CLIENT expressly accept and authorize JOBBI to verify their credits, movements, authorizations, and/or requests in compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of El Salvador.
JOBBI reserves the authority to communicate and report to the relevant institutions in the Republic of El Salvador about transactions representing high risks on its platform, suspicious activities, potentially illicit transactions, or if it believes that the funds with which users pay their credits come from unverified, verifiable, or suspicious sources. The user releases JOBBI from any responsibility and connection with the previously described potentially infringing operations, as well as from any responsibilities for damages and losses incurred.
14. CANALES DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE:

15. SOBRE LOS DERECHOS DE PROPIEDAD INDUSTRIAL E INTELECTUAL DE JOBBI.
El Usuario se obliga a respetar los derechos de propiedad industrial e intelectual de de la sociedad JOBBI, S.A. DE C.V. y de cualquier otro tercero. El uso o la concesión de acceso al sitio web de JOBBI, no comportan el otorgamiento de derecho alguno sobre las marcas, nombres comerciales o cualquier otro signo distintivo que se utilicen en la misma.

16. GARANTÍA SOBRE PRODUCTO FINAL O SERVICIOS.
LIMITATIONS FOR WARRANTY EXECUTION
JOBBI is not responsible for the warranty of services delivered by the user.
JOBBI is a platform that provides immediate credits and acts as a facilitator for obtaining funds for the acquisition of products or services.
In any case, JOBBI makes available to its users customer service channels for requesting support regarding affiliated businesses.
17. CIERRE DE USUARIO EN SITIO WEB JOBBI
The User (CLIENT AND/OR JOBBER) is duly authorized to close the created user account through the personal account at any time, provided there are no active projects, ongoing, and/or pending payments in their favor (if applicable). If there are, the user must wait or cooperate for the conditions to be met before requesting to be removed within the same.
The user cannot close their account on JOBBI with the purpose of evading an investigation, the execution of JOBBI's internal warranty, for pending commission payments, and other matters. Therefore, they authorize themselves to submit to any review or verification by the relevant authorities in the Republic of El Salvador.
Closing the account or requesting removal does not exempt the user from any type of responsibility for pending and generated obligations until the closure of their account.
JOBBI reserves the right to close or suspend accounts whenever it confirms or suspects any irregularity in the user's identity or designated payment methods identified on the JOBBI website. The user understands and agrees that they cannot demand any compensation for damages or losses when their account is suspended or canceled for legal reasons, and/or is required by the relevant authorities in the Republic of El Salvador.
18. DERECHOS Y DEBERES DE LOS USUARIOS DE JOBBI
Rights of Users:
- Right of Access and Use: Users have the right to access and use the Jobbi platform in accordance with the terms and conditions established by Jobbi.
- Right to Data Protection: Users have the obligation to protect their access information and personal data, ensuring their confidentiality and security.
- Right to Fair Treatment: Users have the right to receive fair and respectful treatment from Jobbi and other users, in accordance with the platform's established rules and practices.
Duties of Users:
- Duty of Compliance: Users have the duty to fully comply with Jobbi's terms and conditions, respecting the established policies and regulations.
- Duty of Confidentiality: Users have the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information to which they have access through their participation in the platform and not to disclose confidential information without proper authorization.
- Duty of Professional Communication: Users are responsible for communicating in a respectful and professional manner with other platform users, maintaining a high standard of conduct and ethics in all interactions.
- Duty of Legal Compliance: Users have the obligation to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in El Salvador when using Jobbi's platform, ensuring the legality and ethics of their actions.
19. EXCLUSIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD.

JOBBI se excluye cualquier responsabilidad por daños y perjuicios de cualquier naturaleza eventualmente derivados de:

JOBBI is not responsible for user errors, negligence, or improper use of the services offered. En caso de conflicto con los productos, servicios y/o el sitio web https://www.jobbi.me/ o en la aplicación móvil JOBBI, el usuario/jobber/cliente voluntariamente acepta someterse a lo regulado en las leyes vigentes de la República de El Salvador, ante sus tribunales comunes.
